Phoebe lives in Ny Metropolis and is quite Bohemian, much to the disapproval of her elder sister Prue.Piper would be the center sister who is usually caught within a rut making an attempt to mediate between the two other sisters. Within the first episode on the collection, Phoebe will come back again to San Francisco to her sisters. Phoebe then arrives across a witch's handbook when she goes by way of her mother's belongings. While she reads the guide she activates her own powers with out realizing and after that the story starts in its complete throttle mode.
